Me and my Influences
My name is Danny. I have been playing guitar close to 10 years now. I like various types of music with influences from Foo Fighters, Muse and similar bands. This website is a side project of mine which I have been working on from home, whilst I study at University.
Why Newbie Guitar Lessons?
Newbie, basically means new, or inexperienced. It can be used in an unflattering way, but I have chosen to use it to label all the beginners out there. After all everyone has to start some where!
So... I created this website for those of you who want to play guitar. The aim was to make it as easy as possible and free! Not everyone can afford lessons as they can be very expensive (as high as 20 pounds or 40 dollars - per half hour). Everyone has the right to learn!
Most people are put off playing guitar due to the amount of time it takes. I wanted to make this website so you can go through the tutorials at your own pace. No rush!
